ABOMA, the Apartment Building Owners and Managers Association, Represents Over 600 High-Rise and Walkup Residential Buildings Located in the Chicago Area. 

Approximately 60% are Condominium or Cooperative in Nature and 40% are Rental Buildings

Parking is “on the street”

4:00pm until 6:00pm

Event Price: $35 - ABOMA Supplier Member Representatives

Although there is no charge for ABOMA Building Member Representatives you must register online to attend. A pre-printed badge will be waiting for you at the registration desk at the Training Facility. No “at door” reservations are allowed.

PLEASE DON’T BE A “NO-SHOW”.  Space is limited and ABOMA events usually sell out. Not cancelling your reservations in advance prohibits your fellow ABOMA member the opportunity of attending.

  • Tour the “State of the Art” training facility – from the high-tech systems to the “cut away” walls
  • See where & how your maintenance & door employees are trained
  • Become familiar with the training opportunities available to your employees
  • Meet the Key Instructors

A gourmet pizza buffet, beer, wine and soft drinks will be available for all attendees.

RESERVATION DEADLINE: FRIDAY, MARCH 20th - no walk-ins for this event 

Please remember, there is limited space, and this event usually sells out.
Make your reservations early! 


The “Member” category includes Representatives of Member Buildings, Property Supervisors, Managers, Assistant Managers, Condominium Board representatives, staff from agencies managing ABOMA Member Buildings and Supplier Members.


We're sorry this event has "sold-out" and the registration is closed.  At door "Walk-In's" cannot be accepted.
