Building Membership
The basis for Building Membership in the association is a “physical” residential building whether it is condominium, cooperative or rental in nature. Each member building is entitled to two (2) representatives, a primary representative and an alternate representative who act on behalf of the building. ABOMA has a High-Rise member building category and a Walk-Up member building category.
